Elsa Nilaj, a distinguished Fashion Designer hailing from Europe (Albania), boasts an impressive 15-year journey in the global Fashion Industry. With a familial background deeply rooted in the arts, Elsa Nilaj brings an innate artistic flair to her illustrious career in the fashion industry. Armed with a degree in Fashion Design and currently pursuing an MBA to refine her business acumen, Elsa's professional trajectory is marked by notable achievements.

 Commencing her career at "Albakonfeks" "SH.P.K" in Albania, Elsa, over time, not only honed her skills but also assumed a leadership role, heading the Italian shoe and accessories department. With a robust background in Fashion retail, she excelled as the Head of Department for NOI at "Krislon Synthetics," where she oversaw the entire fashion retail chain. Elsa's expertise extends to collaborations with renowned brands like NUSH by Anushka Sharma and Maskerade. Beyond her corporate engagements, Elsa has made significant contributions as a costume designer for theatrical plays such as "BAARF" and "Last Over." Her creativity and talent reach beyond the runway is the founder of the Label "Elsa Nilaj" where Elsa designed for numerous celebrities, including Sunidhi Chauhan, Saurabh Shukla, Parth Samthan, and Divya Agarrwal.
