Over the last 11 years, Rasika has enjoyed being the bridge between more than 250 known and lesser known designers and her client profile includes Tata Zoya, Jimmy Choo, Canali, Christian Louboutin, CII, The Mills at RBCC, multiple known designers & corporate/business owners.

She founded Pune’s first ever multi designer store Rudraksh in September 2008. To an extent, she had to create a market where there was none, and to expand the little that existed. Hence also, she is regarded as a pioneer in the fashion retail space in Pune. Rudraksh has been recognised by many as one of the well-known and well curated stores in the country. The studio handles styling, personal shopping, trousseau planning, corporate gifting assignments besides the monthly retail pop-ups that it organises.
