FAD and Helsinki Fashion Week announce an opportunity aimed at talented sustainable designers of Indian nationality, who reside in India or elsewhere in the world. This platform aims to give Indian designers global visibility and the chance to ink an International footprint for India.

All applications were reviewed by the FAD x HFW Sustainable Design Award Mentors, Bandana Tewari (Contributor, Business of Fashion), Nonita Kalra (Editor, Harper's Bazaar India), Katrin Ley (Managing Director, Fashion For Good), Shivang Dhruva (Founder, FAD International) and Evelyn Mora (Founder, Helsinki Fashion Week). The winning designers, Roma Narsinghani, Harshna Kandhari & Mannat Sethi will had the opportunity to showcase their work as part of 20 selected designers through a fashion show and showroom during Helsinki Fashion Week 2019.

 

Aside from the opportunity to showcase their work, the award also gave the winning designer PR support & media visibility across platforms in India and Helsinki.
