Altered States of Consciousness is an editorial project conceptualised, styled and executed entirely by FADTalents, spanning concept curation, styling, art direction, photography and creative execution. The editorial traces one individual's journey toward higher consciousness, shedding societal expectation to arrive at a more authentic self.

The styling moves in step with that emotional arc. The opening frames are monochromatic, built on structured tailoring, contoured silhouettes and sculptural accessories, a visual language of discipline and external expectation. Fragmented compositions, motion blur and passages of floral delicacy signal the first shift in perception, the moment consciousness begins to expand.

As the narrative progresses, the styling loosens into freedom and fluidity. Relaxed silhouettes, tactile textures, exaggerated proportions and layered construction take over from rigid form, handcrafted detailing, shearling outerwear and exposed layering reading as comfort, vulnerability and emotional candour.
