FADTalents Visit Golden Goose
FADTalents stepped inside Golden Goose for an immersive look at brand storytelling, clienteling and craft.

FADTalents visited the Golden Goose store for an industry visit that went well beyond a walkthrough. Led through the space by the Country Manager for Golden Goose India, students saw first-hand how a luxury brand brings its identity to life on the shop floor, from the products and the techniques behind them to the details of the store itself.
At the centre of the visit were two ideas that define luxury retail: storytelling and clienteling. Students explored how Golden Goose communicates its brand DNA, its unique selling points and the stories behind its products, and how those stories shape the way a client is welcomed, guided and remembered.

The experience extended beyond the store itself. Golden Goose's Global HR team joined the session online, connecting with students directly and taking them on a virtual tour of the brand's Milan headquarters, a rare look at where the brand's world is built.

The visit closed with a hands-on Polaroid embroidery activity at the store, giving students a small taste of the craft that sits at the heart of the brand. Interactive from start to finish, it was a clear example of what it means for industry to be your classroom.
