The course is designed for individuals wishing to work in the colossal non-design sectors within the fashion & luxury industries or those who desire to pursue entrepreneurial careers. Students experience industry tutored - industry integrated learning throughout the course with unparalleled global exposure through a semester in Dubai, the luxury & retail capital of the world. Student pursue the first 6 months at the FAD Mumbai / Pune Campus & continue the second semester at the FAD Dubai Campus. The objective of the course is to allow professionals from varying undergraduate backgrounds to pursue a successful career in the evolving fashion, luxury & the retail sectors. This Post Graduate Programme has a higher emphasis on professional practice within a global context where individuals experience an industry-oriented curriculum with live projects with some the leading fashion & luxury brands in the country. Students are encouraged to work towards industry focused projects with a strong emphasis on research and interdisciplinary experimentation. Through the year, students receive ongoing industry internships to garner exposure and are supported with campus placements at the end of the course through leading luxury & fashion brands and conglomerates. Students also explore entrepreneurial opportunities at the end of the course with mentoring and support from academics at FAD International.

During the first semester, the course gives students a comprehensive base in fashion, retail and luxury thus enabling students from varied backgrounds to gain a solid foundation & adapt to the industry interacted learning at FAD. Students get an opportunity to work on live projects as part of the modules whilst being mentored and taught by industry professionals. Combined with guest faculties from the industry and international universities, students are exposed to a variety of critiques and audiences across the industry. Students also work independently and in groups with professionals from other departments such as photography, media, art, styling, fashion and design. Students are introduced to various modules in the initial month including luxury brand management, fashion retail, fashion communication and fashion marketing & immerse into two core modules over the next five months. Students then have the option to pursue the remaining specialist modules at the FAD Dubai Campus in the second semester.

Dubai - The luxury & the fashion retail capital of the world provides unparalleled exposure, experience & opportunities for those seeking global careers & international exposure. Students pursue a six months semester tutored by some of industry's leading professionals teamed with live projects & practical learning. Students can choose two specialist modules tutored across six months or one specialist module tutored across three months from Luxury Brand Management, Fashion Business & Entrepreneurship and Fashion PR, Events & Digital Media. Students will receive ongoing industry projects and internships during the course and will recieve placement support on successful completion of the course. Students also learn in a multicultural community with students from across 42 countries studying on campus at FAD Dubai. On successful completion of the semester, students also receive an addtional certificate by the ( KHDA ) Govt. of Dubai.

Students can continue onto a Masters Degree at the following universities across UK, Italy & France - IED Italy, IFA Paris, ​Coventry University​, Nottingham Trent University UK, Istituto Marrangoni, Polimoda Italy, University of the Arts London, London College of Fashion, University for the Creative Arts UK and several other universities.
