Cartier unveils a live industry project 'Through the Lens' for FAD Talents, delving into integrating regional Art & Culture with the heritage brand.
FADTalents on the Dual-Country PG Luxury & Fashion Management programme received the opportunity to work on a live project with heritage luxury house Cartier, allowing them to embark on a real business case, gain luxury industry insights, exchange with the Maison & build the required entrepreneurial skills in the fashion & luxury industries.
Lauren Collins, Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Cartier MEIAT, initially visited the FAD Dubai campus to brief the students about the live project - Cartier 'Through the Lens'. Following its initial project briefing phase, the students received a one on one feedback session with the Cartier team on their concepts.
Two weeks after the inital brief, Lauren along with the Cartier team of Khaled Mefleh – Event Manager, Sarah Benyahya – Communication Manager & Caroline Dryland – Talent Partner were hosted at the FAD campus as the jury for the presentations by five finalists of the challenge.
The winning team from the project, comprising of Arina, Haneen, Nuwa & Sukhpreet will receive an opportunity to attend a networking event with Cartier.
Live industry projects impart a dynamic learning environment for the students while fostering creativity, giving them the opportunity to work on actual industry challenges while collaborating with professionals.
